Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return any item purchased from us, provided the item is in perfect resalable condition, we will replace the product to your satisfaction.
Please send an email to chilliesine001@gmail.com, and we will reply to you as soon as possible. Depending on the nature and category of the product, the product return process may be limited.
Return Conditions:

The product/item should be unused (unopened). Products should be returned in their original packaging with original price tags, labels and invoices. It is recommended that return packaging be secure and adequately packed so that the goods are not damaged during transport.

Fresh food, immediate product exchange and return are not accepted.

Rice, oil, and dairy products are classified as fresh food.

When receiving the goods, please unpack immediately to check whether there is a shortage or damage, and record the whole process of unpacking.

Please notify us about damaged goods or defective products within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

We require an invoice or proof of purchase to complete a return.

Exchanges (if eligible for our damaged item) After we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your transaction. If you are approved, your exchange item will be processed within a few days.

We only accept replacement items if there is a non-artificial defect in the product itself.

Returns are valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
